“The last of the curios!”
Last of the original Route 66 curio shops in New Mexico, don't miss it! The Tee Pee Curios is one of the only remaining curio shops in New Mexico. Starting out as a gas and grocery store in the 1940's when Route 66 was only two lanes, they lost their gas pumps with the widening of the road. When I-40 bypassed Route 66, then marked the ending of an era and many towns along the route suffered. We are honored and pleased to be open and look forward to meeting you. The Tee Pee Curios has all of your souvenir needs from Route 66 items, New Mexico, pottery, t-shirts, jewelery, postcards and more. Our neon will be on at night for you to enjoy and we welcome photographers. We also welcome locals, tourists, motorcycle groups and bus tours. Long live Route 66!
