Rocket Motel

Since we arrived we have been treated like family. Don is very knowledgeable about the area and suggested a great restaurant down the street that allowed our dog on the patio. The staff is so friendly and welcoming, we even tried Jamaican fried plantains from their dinner. The rooms are very clean and spacious. There are a few pet friendly rooms but they book up fast so make your reservation sooner than later. The water pressure is amazing in the shower and it heats up fast. We even had a nice soak in the hot tub which was heaven after the long drive. The retro theme is not to overlook as well, down to the details with rotary phones in the rooms. If you want cleanliness, hospitality to the max and a location that has everything within walking or a short drive then this is the hotel for you.

Great little retro motel. Super clean with comfortable beds. Brenda was accommodating and had everything ready for us on arrival. Definitely recommend the Rocket Motel.
