The Back Room Steakhouse is owned and operated by Ed Conlan. This new venture represents a lifelong dream to provide a high quality dining experience with exceptional personalized service in an unpretentious environment. Aged, black angus steaks are the cornerstone of our menu complimented with fresh seafood and pasta dishes and fresh made desserts. We use fresh quality ingredients in the preparation of our meals while offering a fairly expansive selection of fine wines, craft beers, signature cocktails and a wide variety of bourbons and scotches.
